How to Submit Your Company in HostUCan

1. Register a Company User

Select "Company" as account type while registering a new account.

2. Submit Company

After registering your company user account, you can login into HostUCan.com to manage your hosting company. As a company user you will find a "Company Management" link at right top corner of the page.

Click the "Company Management" link. If you are first time here, you will go to the "Submit my company" page. Type your company site URL and click "Submit" button.

The domain of your company site URL must matches your email address, this is very important, otherwise your submitted hosting company will not be approved.

If your company is new to HostUCan.com, please check "2.1 Submit a new company".

If your company already exists in HostUCan.com, please check "2.2 Apply to Associate".

 

2.1 Submit a new Company

If your company is new to HostUCan.com, after clicking "Submit" button, you will go to the "Submit Company Information" page.

Fulfill the form and click the "Submit" button. Then you will be bed to the "My company" page and see something like the following screenshot which means you have submit your company information to HostUCan.com successfully. Our support team will verify your application and give your feedback as soon as possible.

2.2 Apply to Associate

If your company already exists in HostUCan.com, you will be navigated to the "Apply to Associate" page. Please make sure the information matches your company before you click the "APPLY TO ASSOCIATE" button, otherwise submit another site URL.

After "Apply to Associate", you will go to "My company" page. Our support team will verify your application and give your feedback as soon as possible.

 

2.3 Rejected

If your new submitted company has been rejected, you will see something like this at "My company" page:

Then please click the "Edit Company" to apply more information about your company or contact us with email address support@hostucan.com .

 

If we reject to associate an existing company to your account, you will get something like this at "My company" page:

Then you need to contact our support team with email address support@hostucan.com.

2.4 Approved

If your application has been approved, then you can add new plans and coupons or modify existing plans and coupons in HostUCan.com.

3. Mange Plans and Coupons

You can add a new plan/coupon or edit an existing plan/coupon for your company. There are three statuses for each plan and coupon.

  • Waiting …: Waiting for the verification by our support team after adding new plan/coupon or editing existing plan/coupon.
  • Rejected: Your modification cannot be approved. Then you can fulfill more information or contact our support team with support@hostucan.com.
  • Approved: Your modification has been approved.

3.1 Add New Plan/Coupon

Click the link "Add New Plan" or "Add New Coupon" at "My Company" page. Then submit your plan information or coupon information to HostUCan.com.

3.2 Edit Existing Plan/Coupon

Click the "edit" link of the plan/coupon which you want edit. Then edit your plan information or coupon information in HostUCan.com.
