I have been with Bluehost for over 5 years. All my sites are hosted by them. I couldn't be happier with their products and customers service. During my contract with them, I met very few site down issues, and it always recover very soon.

Finally, I like cPanel Bluehost offers, this is great, and save me a lot of time when managing my site!

I have used Bluehost for a number of sites and found their service to be very professional. I have contacted their support on 2 occasions and both time my problem has been fixed quickly. The only issue I have is as a PHP developer I now use PHP 5.3 which currently Bluehost don't support with their shared hosting plans.

I have been with Bluehost for many years, and so far they have been very professional and serious when it comes to my requests. Their customer technical support is very knowledgeable, and helpful. I occasionally have problems with my site and always contact them by using their Online Chat service. Most of my problems could be resolved within 10 minutes.

The control panel is the most easy-to-use one I have ever experienced. And it allows unlimited parked domain names. If you have multiple domains and sites but have very few traffic, Bluehost might be the good choice. Recently its promotion rate $3.95/month is also very attractive.
