I cannot fault the technical support of Webhosting Hub. Jason was a great help in walking me through my issues and easing my concerns about foreign emails. He showed where I can control unwanted use of my email addresses to send spam.

I am a new user and so I will say that my site transfer from my old hosting service (including 1 gig of content) to Webhostinghub was fast and easy. There were few if any hiccups in the process and the entire operation was completed from start to finish in 24 hours including the transfer of several of my email accounts. Overall my experience so far has been excellent and I definitely would do it all over again.

Unbelievably great phone support. They've always gone out of their way to help and always solved the (my) problem. Many times it was something that was not actually a hosting responsability, but they had the breadth of knowledge and were willing to help me.

Having been in "The Business" since the internet was some crazy mans dream, I've been through several hosting services; many of them now long gone. I have to create a website for a local political party for the 2013 election. I've done this for other elections with other hosting services, but am no computer geek (I'm not even sure how to answer the questions here about Development Language and Application Framework). I need a hosting service that is very user friendly with easy to reach and understand support. The explanations of how to create a website and set up email are easy to understand and support seems to be right there when I need it. So far I reached out to Hub's support crew twice, once before signing up and once since. I am very impressed by the easy access (phone and chat) and response. I think I did something wrong when trying to set up "Premium Web Builder." Shaylor M. mercifully set it up for me on his (her?) end. Still putting the website together, but thus far I am very happy I chose Hub.

I always get a cheerful helpful operator. No complaints. I know someone will pick up and help as muchas they can. I also enjoy the fact that I can call rather than try to get help on line which is difficult for me since i usually have difficulty withthe comouter language.

I just took over the reins of the website for our small non-profit foundation. I am a total newbie with website management. I had trouble getting support from the previous host company even during their pacific time hours. Although other companies had comparable pricing, the friendly, patient & professional support of HUB won me over. I transferred hosting to HUB which also has 24/7 support.

When my website was brute-force attacked and hacked, the tech team at WebHostingHub were on it right away, and walked me through the steps to find and install an application to prevent that happening again.
