As absolute newbies to the process we are developing a website for my wife's business. Had some issues as we started the process and contacted the support center. Wow!! They exceeded our expectations. Helped us through the questions we had, provided us with direct links to reach the stuff we needed and even went into the site to help us with the more demanding issues for us (demanding in that we had no idea what to do due to lack of experience). Can't say enough afte how pleased we have been with the support received.
